RC18 at the 2025 IPSA World Congress in Seoul - 12–15 July 2025

The Research Committee on Asian and Pacific Studies (RC18) will participate in the IPSA World Congress of Political Science, to be held in Seoul, South Korea, from 12 to 15 July 2025.
For this edition of the Congress, RC18 has organized more than 15 panels, comprising contributions from its Chair, Co-Chair, Secretary, Council Members, and affiliated scholars. The panels reflect the committee’s ongoing efforts to support political science research focused on Asia and the Pacific.
RC18 encourages the study of political and economic transformations in the region, with attention to themes such as modernization, regional security, alliance structures, national integration, and the role of Asian countries in global governance.
